Excellent breakfast variety made mornings enjoyable.
The toilet in our room was clogged upon arrival, and despite informing housekeeping, no one came to fix it during our entire stay. It was frustrating to deal with such an issue. We were only in the room to sleep, and having a broken toilet added unnecessary stress to our family visit.

This motel was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff was relatively friendly and helpful. The room had attractive, modern-looking furniture and relatively comfortable beds. It included a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. The flat-screen TV came with free cable with plenty of channels to choose from. On the night stand, there was a handy outlet with USB ports to charge your cell phones or other devices. The motel was set far enough back from the road that it was nice and quiet. Several nice restaurants and a Walmart are within walking distance of the motel. Comfort Inn serves a delicious hot breakfast--complete with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pastries, waffle-maker, cereal, juice, milk, coffee and tea. Instant oatmeal is also available, if you ask the friendly breakfast staff. The price is just right for quality above what you normally find at comparable motels.
Porn was available on-demand (This is a terrible temptation for businessmen traveling alone). The carpet, curtains and room decor are mismatched. There is a small indoor pool and hot tub, but no fitness room. The sink water takes a while to heat up, and the shower temperature fluctuates. There is only one entrance/exit to the property, so it is difficult for trucks or large RVs to get in and out.

The hotel was clean and modern with good wi-fi. Very-very nice, accommodating people working here. Breakfast with pastries and also sausage. Located close to highway in a nice area.

Updated decor, Excellent lighting, Nice fitness center
Room layouts could be more convenient!!! Check-in process felt more like condo buying than room renting!!! Parking lot needs surveillance for added safety!!! Door security could use thorough inspection!!!

A Hidden Gem for Travelers
I enjoyed a wonderfully restful night in a very clean and cozy room. The shower's unique bench seat was a good surprise after a long day on the road. For breakfast, arrive early to avoid the crowds. Denny's nearby is a great alternative if needed!

Friendly staff, good FREE breakfast, descent rooms. They were even willing to drive us up the road. While our vehicle was being worked on.
The office was not connected to the building where the rooms were and the weather was super cold. Like 20 degrees and you had to walk pretty far outside each time. The rooms were a little pricey for the accomidations.

I had spoken to the girl at the front desk about checking out at 1pm the next morning. I had a meeting and my little kids and cousin stayed...They were kicked out by the housekeeper twice! That it was checkout time and this was @11am. My cousin who's English isn't good at all told her at one. The house keeper again came back knocking and when my cousin didn't open the door she used her key to get in. And kicked them out again. And that point it was 12 something. My cousin told her again that at 1 but the housekeeper kept saying no and pointing to the door so my cousin woke up my baby and had to take all our things, which were quite a few things down the stairs(since there is no elevator). Had to carry everything to the front of the hotel. When I drove up to the hotel which was not even 1pm yet, I come to find my family stadium outside on the driveway in the front waiting for me with luggage, bags and all. Worst experience!spoke to the gm and she apologized and had given me a 25% refund which mind u was only $20 . She had said she was going to refund 50% but that never happened.

Family with children will love it
The breakfast was a hit with the kids, automatic pancake maker? Are you kidding me? Plus, the tamales were a nice surprise for us adults too!
It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but we felt it was worth it.

Great family-friendly spot with spacious rooms! It's conveniently located near Coyote Del Malpais Golf Course and other attractions. My teenage daughter had a blast at the indoor pool, and we all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the pancakes!
In my wife's opinion, the noise between rooms needs improvement. While our stay was enjoyable, it would have been great if the hotel offered soundproofing solutions for families with kids.

The staff was clueless, the pool was closed, the hot tub was filthy and the coke machine and snack machine weren't working!
